We want you to love your New Republic footwear and apparel, but if the fit isn't right, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all previous shipping labels are covered or removed.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
